korean2After adding some simple whip stitches, you will turn it into a pouch. It will have a knotted cord closure so it can be opened and closed easily.

The traditional Korean knot called Dongshimgyeol is used to make the cord. With this knowledge you can go on to make fabulous window hangings along with a variety of other projects.

Definitely one for your techniques toolbox!
