Bayside Texture Arts Social Meeting June

NEW MEMBERS WELCOME: First meeting free. 

VENUE: Yurara Art Society, 262 Cleveland-Redlands Bay Rd, Thornlands

TIME: from 9:30am

ENTRY FEE: $5.00 entry fee (cash) and (optional) 50 cents for tea and coffee.

BRING: a name tag, Show and Tell items (new creations or old favourites), morning tea to share.

ACTIVITY: 
Negative painting with Lynne: A simple fun activity to make us more aware of the negative space in our work.
We will make an A4 painting or small card size picture.
Things to bring:
Fine and medium brush
Old plate or plastic lid for a palette
Water container
If you wish you can bring your own watercolour paint (Autumn colours and a dark grey, umber or black)
Lynne will bring some acrylic paints and watercolour paper and a selection of leaves from a cool climate (or you can bring your own leaf or small spray lightly pressed).
