A Cacophony of Thread and Fabric

A Cacophony of Thread and Fabric

Helen King is an innovative practitioner of 3D surface textile work. She Draws her inspiration from nature particularly flora. Helen uses a variety of textiles and threads to bring her creations to life. The use of heavy and fine textured yarns and threads adds to the overall effect of the piece.

Helen believes there is no right or wrong way to achieve her techniques, just start with a piece of fabric that speaks to you and let your imagination run riot.IMG 3998
