Challenges

In the 50th anniversary year of ATASDA, our small challenges in 2024 have related to past National Challenges from 2014 -15. Some wonderful and creative pieces have been made by members, and these have added to the displays at the Quilt and Craft Show and a display at the Mt Ommaney library.

 

All that Glitter is not Gold (2025)

Our next challenge, due at the March meetings, is All that Glitters is not Gold.
Please make an item of wearable art (not clothing) e.g. jewellery for ears, necks, hands, feet, etc.
It needs to have an element of gold visible and to be made using recycled items. This can be anything you want: including plastic, metal, paper, fabric, cardboard, yarn, found objects.
